Blue French Nails

How cute. All you need is some scotch tape, some clear polish, and then a colour of your choice.
1) Add a coat of clear (or coloured - I used a pale pink) to your nails.
2) Put scotch tape on your nail, leaving the white tip of your nail clear, then paint over it with white or coloured polish (I used blue)
3) Take the tape off the nail while it is still wet, and wait for it to dry. Once it is dry, put a coat of clear polish over the top.

And there you go! It looks like something you would pay $20 in a salon for.
