To receive the Profile Picks Gift simply visit Thalia's Fashion Collection in-world and under your Profile Picks tab add "New" if you see our store logo appear after you added our location just click OK. That's it!

To claim your prize simply touch the Profile Pick Board inside the store. It has a picture of the prize that's waiting for you (see below).
